Mace Living secures place on HaRCA Framework

Mace Living has secured a place on the Poplar HaRCA (Housing and Regeneration Community Association) framework alongside 13 other contractors.
Poplar HaRCA is a registered social landlord that manages around 8,490 homes in Poplar that were transferred from the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Its aim is to work with the local community and partners to make Poplar a better place to live.
The framework will allow Mace Living to tender for work around Poplar in East London and will present a wide range of opportunities to the wider group including development, construction, project management, preconstruction and design.
For a contractor working within the social housing sector, being appointed on these frameworks is critical to success. Mace Living has also secured positions on the following frameworks during 2009: City West, Circle Anglia and Network Housing.
